Grades
Established vacancies use grades including Executive Officer (EO), Higher Executive Officer (HEO), Senior Executive Officer (SEO), Grade 7, Grade 6 and Senior Civil Service grades. Some specialist posts use different grading arrangements.
A grade indicates a level of responsibility. It does not by itself establish a salary, entitlement or contract.

Check the vacancy for its confirmed salary or appointment terms. Do not assume that conditions advertised by another organisation apply to the post you are considering.
