An apprenticeship combines work with structured training and assessment. A recruiting organisation can offer a particular apprenticeship only where the required programme and training arrangements exist.
If an apprenticeship is advertised, the vacancy should explain the qualification, eligibility requirements, training arrangements and application process.
Other development routes
Some positions provide induction, supervised training or development opportunities without being apprenticeships. Check the actual vacancy for details.
